New WA Venue Freo.Social Launches With An Epic Week Long Party
Perth's newest venue, Freo.Social, is nearing completion and organisers have today announced a long list of live acts that will be hosted at the venue's Entertainment Hall.
The 600-cap venue is set to host a week-long celebration, featuring unique and impressive talent that has emerged from Fremantle and surrounding suburbs, including John Butler, The Waifs, San Cisco and Superego.
Director Dave Chitty said the diverse list of entertainment reflected the venue's ambitions. "We want to attract a broad cross-section of creative industries and entertainment lovers to the venue," Chitty said.
The venue already has 40 shows confirmed including Chillinit, Nahko, Hiatus Kaiyote, Russel Morris and a whole bunch more.
Freo.Social is located in the heart of Fremantle's heritage precinct on the site of the historic Artillery Drill Hall.
